Alyssa | Hill Murray High School Senior | Stillwater, Minnesota

Fall is one of the most popular times of the year for portraits. The colorful leaves and crisp air make for the perfect backdrop for senior photos. And one of my favorite areas is the charming town of Stillwater, Mn. With its historic downtown and scenic river views, there are picture opportunities everywhere you turn. And it’s a perfect spot to get both nature and urban elements in your photos.

Alyssa is a senior at Hill Murray, and it was so much fun to explore the area with her! We started downtown near main street in Stillwater, and then finished her session at one of my favorite field locations just outside of town. The historic brick buildings and storefronts gave a variety of backdrops for the colorful outfits that Alyssa had chosen for downtown. She did an awesome job of choosing outfits with a variety of styles and colors. I loved everything she wore! The colors were perfect for complimenting the fall leaves. And they also went amazing with her bubbly and fun personality.

Alyssa is also a skater so we took a few pictures with her and her skates. I love that she had us take a few minutes to do that. After all the years and hard work that she put into skating, it deserved a few pictures!
