Liz and Colin | Silverwood Park | Minneapolis Wedding

Where do I even begin with this couple?! Liz and Colin are two of the sweetest and most fun people I have ever met.  They were guests at Jamie and Chris’s wedding, that I shot last year, and became engaged soon after.  They told me when we first met, they had watched me that day and decided then, that they would want me as their photographer when they eventually got married.  So sweet, and a little creepy to know I was being watched! 😉 We laughed so much at their engagement session, I felt like we’d been friends forever.

Liz and Colin first met at a Gopher hockey game 4 years ago and started dating after that.  Colin said it was just a few months after that, when they were having dinner at a restaurant, he looked across the table and just knew, she was the one he was going to marry.  And Liz had a similar moment when Colin came back into town after being in Virginia.  She said she can remember thinking “I never want to be apart from him ever again!”

Liz was absolutely giddy as she got ready on her wedding day, and Colin had a permanent smile as he waited to see her for the first time.  It was a brisk and windy day, but it was beautiful and perfect in every way that mattered.  And Silverwood Park in the Fall was absolutely breathtaking!  Two beautiful families and lots of friends came together to celebrate.  I hope Liz and Colin always feel the love and happiness they were surrounded by that day.

There were so many amazing vendors that helped make the day so gorgeous.  Jane from See Jane Plan, was the best wedding planner I have worked with! The flowers from Wisteria Design were absolutely breathtaking! D’Amico and Sons catered the reception and the food was incredible.  Especially the desserts…I may have had 3 of the mini donut sandwiches (YUM!!!! Shhh, don’t tell!)  And lots of other vendors listed below.

Liz and Colin, I would relive your wedding day again in a heartbeat!  Actually, anything to spend another day with the two of you!  I love the way you love on each other and I hope you have a lifetime of making each other laugh every single day.  XOXO.
