Jamie and Chris | Settlement Hill Farm Wedding

Jamie and Chris met their junior year of high school. Chris pegged Jamie for a nerd, so he tried to impress her by studying at the library with her. Jamie’s first impression of Chris was that he was a jock and class clown who sat in front of her during class, which blocked her view of the white board given the fact that he was 6 foot 6! They became lab partners and then started dating and Chris says when he was in college, and Jamie was fishing with him and his buddies one day, his friends looked at him and said “like seriously, you gotta hang onto this one!”

After 7 years of dating, they had a wedding day that was nothing short of amazing! The dress…seriously look at that dress!! Jamie was stunning! There were so many special personal touches throughout the day. The buttons on the back of Jamie’s dress were from her grandma’s wedding dress! And the bells on the wedding cake were the same bells that had been on Jamie’s parent’s wedding cake.  The wedding party was SO much fun. Settlement Hill Farm was a gorgeous venue! It was one of the hottest days of the summer and Evonne, the owner, was sweet enough to let the groomsmen cool off in their pool before getting ready. Jamie and Chris exchanged vows amidst the apple trees, in front of family and friends and ended the day with one of the most beautiful sunsets ever. To see these two together gives you a happy feeling. They’re quite simply meant to be.
